This is a straightforward instrument to measure the norms or values that exist in your organization.
The results from the survey will change you to develop improvement programs.
You and your colleagues answer a set of questions process the results and measure the strength (or weakness) of the following defined dimensions:
Definitions for Structure Norms Covered:
- Training / Development - The opportunities inside the organization and the climate set that promote personal growth and development.
- Teamwork / Communication - The perception that structure goals and objectives are communicated to and shared by members of the group. The organization has effectively shared it's vision or sense of intention so that all employees can articulate and subscribe to.
- Profitability / Cost Effectiveness - Awareness of employees of their roles and actions to the organizations 'bottom line'.
- Performance / Excellence - Manner or quality of functioning once nisus to meet or beat standards of performance. This includes setting personal standards once none are set/ defined.
- Leadership / Supervising - The style of management / supervising in piquant employees to deliver volitionally their better efforts towards structure goals.
- Customer / Client Relations - Personal and group attitude towards clients, some internal (i.e. another departments in the case of service departments) and external suppliers and customers.
- Colleague / Associate Relations - Personal connections or dealings between or among individuals and groups.
- Organizational / Personal Pride - Satisfaction or pleasure taken in ones own or the organization's success / achievements.
This instrument will be of benefit to you if your organization is planning change or has recently gone through change and you will to measure the impact on worker perceptions.
